RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are on us. Because we want you to love what you live in. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make your purchase once the returned item has been received and processed.

Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted. We want you to try on your garment(s) for the perfect fit, but please be careful when doing so as we cannot accept items that have makeup stains or smell of perfume (even if the scent is really nice!).

Your refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been returned to the warehouse and restocked. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to availability at the time the request is reviewed for processing. If the item is not in stock, a refund will be issued instead and we’ll help you place another order.

 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you meet the return or exchange requirements, you may submit a request by emailing heythere@callmewhenyougethome.com

Please note the following in your Return or Exchange Request email.

  • Whether you are requesting a return or exchange
  • Item(s) you’re sending back
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Comments (optional)

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your request is received.

Once your request has been verified and authorized, we’ll contact you via email and send you a Returns Authorization Number or Exchanges Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label. Please note that you must have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label.

We ask you to please wait to receive your Authorization Number before sending anything back to us. Please only send returns and exchanges using our prepaid labels so that we can track your item(s). We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels or if the carrier on your label does not confirm receipt of the shipment. 

We recommend taking note of the tracking details provided when you postmark your package until your return or exchange has been processed by our team.

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY ITEM(S)?

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a Returns Authorization Number or Exchanges Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label, which will automatically have our returns address in the “to” field. Please wait to receive your Authorization Number and prepaid label before sending anything back to us.

Yes. We want you to love what you live in.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once the returned item is received. After we’ve processed your refund, we’ll send you an email to confirm.

Expect up to 10 business days for PayPal and Credit Card refunds to clear back into your account. Please note that refunds can only be credited back to your original payment method, and that refunds apply only to the purchase price of your item. If you paid for shipping, it will not be reimbursed.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed once the returned item is received. After we’ve processed your exchange, we’ll send you an email to confirm that your new item has been shipped. Shipping is free on exchanges.
